City of Utrecht

From early to mid 2009 NewColutions implemented an advanced configuration of Solution Manager Service Desk and Change Request Management for the Financial Services Department of the Support Services division of the City of Utrecht. The project also encompassed Workcenters and the implementation of the NewColutions BI Reporting for Service toolkit.
 

Biomet Europe

NewColutions carried out an implementation of Solution Manager Monitoring, Service Desk and Change Request Management for BIOMET Europe in six months time. The European SAP Support Centre will use the delivered platform to support users in many European countries. Furthermore, the Interaction Center Webclient was configured to allow easy and intuitive call creation by support employees and key users.

La Société Wallonne des Eaux

At SWDE, Société Wallonne des Eaux, SAP Solution Manager Service Desk was implemented. The project was succesful in implementing a strict procedure, whereby all SAP users use Service Desk to register and document incidents, and thus achieving greater efficiency in the helpdesk organisation. In a second optimisation phase, the use of workcenters was introduced, and management attention was focused on classification and analysis of incidents.
 
 
 
 

Unilever

At Unilever NewColutions carried out an advanced implementation of Solution Manager monitoring. The functionality is of great importance to Unilever for managing and monitoring a large number of interfaces between SAP ECC and other (production) environments connected to it.
 
 

AVEBE

NewColutions carried out a full implementation of Solution Manager Service Desk and Change Request Management at AVEBE. We also provided support for the AVEBE BI specialists in creating the necessary reports and analysis tools.
 
 
 

TNT Post

TNT Post was supported by NewColutions with an implementation of Change Request Management. A lot of attention was focused on the controlled workflow surrounding changes and the implementation of the change management process. NewColutions also provided support for the implementation of Solution Manager Monitoring, especially in J2EE environments.
 
 

Unibail-Rodamco

Since 2005 Unibail-Rodamco uses Solution Manager Implementation Support, Test Management and Service Desk for Incident Management. Initally IDS Scheer configured Implementation Support for synchronisation of Business Processes with ARIS by IDS Scheer. Starting in 2006 NewColutions has been involved in the expansion of SAP Solution Manager. Among other things, we have been the responsible partner for upgrading to version 4.0, implementing an advanced configuration for the Service Desk, providing training and consultancy for the use of Test Management during extensive implementation and upgrade projects and for the configuration of Change Request Management.

 

Capgemini Academy

In cooperation with Capgemini Academy NewColutions developed a two-day Solution Manager Implementation Support training course. The course is aimed at SAP Project Managers and Functional Consultants who us Solution Manager to implement and upgrade SAP products. Based on this course participants will be able to succesfully complete the official SAP certification for SAP Solution Manager Implementation Support.

Katholieke Universiteit Leuven

At the K.U.Leuven, SAP Solution Manager ChaRM (Change management and Change control) was implemented. The driver for the implementation of ChaRM was an internal & external audit which concluded that a more controlled and documented way of handling changes in the SAP system was required. Change Managers for different domains were introduced into the organisation, and ChaRM was succesfully implemented to support the change management process and to plan, assign and authorise the developments and transports.


Campina

In order to perform a feasibility study, Campina asked NewColutions to organise a series of workshops. The workshops were aimed at providing a good overview of the possibilities and, just as important, the impossibilities of a Solution Manager implementation. NewColutions delivered an advice report, based on which Campina will decide how to move forward.

 

Albert Schweitzer Ziekenhuis

For the Albert Schweitzer Ziekenhuis hospital in Dordrecht, NewColutions implemented SAP Solution Manager Change Request Management and Monitoring. We were also the responsible partner for the upgrade from version 3.2 to version 4.0.


Het Kadaster

NewColutions has conducted several projects for Het Kadaster, or the Dutch Land Registry Office. Along with the initial implementation of the Solution Manager Service Desk for certification of the CCC, NewColutions performed an impact analysis for the possible implementation of Change Request Management and a business case was delivered for the corporate wide implementation of Solution Manager.


MacDermid

The European headquarters for MacDermid Inc., an American manufacturer of specialty chemicals, rolled out SAPERP2004 throughout their European organisation. NewColutions was the responsible partner for the implementation of Solution Manager Implementation Support, Service Desk and Change Request Management.


IJsselland Ziekenhuis

NewColutions was the responsible partner for the implementation of a basic Solution Manager Service Desk configuration at the IJsselland Ziekenhuis hospital. A phased implementation approach is used to structurally expand the functionalities to a more advanced configuration and extending Solution Manager with functionalities such as Change Request Management and Problem Management.


Mammoet

For Mammoet in Schiedam, NewColutions carried out the implementation and configuration of SAP Solution Manager 3.1. Mammoet primarily uses Solution Manager for monitoring and proactive management of their SAP landscape. Mammoet also uses the Solution Manager Service Desk functionality.
